Hello, I’m Annie. I am a fully qualified and insured Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, offering private Reiki sessions from my peaceful home practice in Four Lanes, Redruth.
The Reiki Room is a place of calm, compassion, and connection — a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and take time for yourself.
My own Reiki journey began from a deep desire to understand wellbeing, healing, and the connection between mind, body, and emotions. Over the years, Reiki has become a meaningful part of my life, supporting me through both peaceful and challenging times and helping me develop a deeper understanding of compassion, self-awareness, and personal growth.
I feel privileged to share this practice with others and to create a safe, nurturing environment where people can relax, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
My Reiki Training and Experience
I completed my Usui Reiki Master Teacher training in 2001 and my Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher training in 2003. With over 20 years of experience supporting clients through Reiki, I bring knowledge, intuition, and compassion to every session.
I am registered with The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the UK Reiki Federation. I am fully insured and committed to maintaining professional standards, continued learning, and ethical practice.

My approach is centred around listening without judgement; creating a safe and welcoming environment; respecting your personal journey; supporting relaxation and wellbeing; providing compassionate care. I believe that being truly heard and supported is an important part of wellbeing.

My Reiki Work at Royal Cornwall Hospital
Alongside my private practice, I am honoured to work part-time as a Reiki Therapist at Royal Cornwall Hospital NHS Trust.
Within this role, I offer Reiki support to patients, relatives, and carers through oncology services, including those receiving treatment, facing uncertainty, or navigating the emotional challenges associated with illness.
Being able to offer moments of calm, comfort, and compassion within a healthcare environment is something I deeply value.
